Welcome to Send-A-Sweetie, the cupcake delivery service for Melbourne's Three Sweeties!

What is Send-A-Sweetie? You customise your cupcakes and place an order. Then we will bake, decorate, wrap and deliver the treats to your loved one. How easy is that?

For $75, you get:
12 customised cupcakes
a glossy white presentation box
colour coordinated ribbon around the box
gift tag personalised with your message
hand delivery to the recipient (view delivery information below)

Delivery information

Delivery is between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays generally by 12pm (noon). If you need a specific delivery time, we will do our best to meet your needs, but we can make no guarantees about specific delivery times for these orders.
All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of delivery. Shorter delivery times may be catered for, but these orders must be placed over the phone (1300 36 01 02).
For deliveries on Monday, orders must be placed no later than the previous Saturday by 12pm (noon).

There must be someone available to receive the cupcakes as we will not leave the boxes unattended.
If nobody is at the delivery address, the cupcakes will be returned to us and you will be responsible for picking them up.
If there is nobody available to receive the order, and you wish for us to leave it unattended, we will do so at your request and at your own risk. We do not take responsibility for the condition or safety of your cupcakes if you request that we leave them unattended. This is particularly true if you request that we leave them and it is a warm day. Cupcakes are best stored indoors at room temperature.
Please note our deliveries take place in a refrigerated vehicle (in compliance with food transport laws.) Your cupcakes will arrive quite firm and cold and we recommend leaving them out for 30 minutes to warm before consuming (if you can resist them that long!).

How to order and make your payment
For online payment by Visa, MasterCard or AmericanExpress, access the Send-A-Sweetie form (with secure technology to encrypt transactions).
For payment by credit card over the phone, please call Three Sweeties (1300 36 01 02).
Payment by cheque, cash or deposit is not available for this service.
Orders will be processed only after the confirmation of payment.
